A few years ago, I was sitting in yet another “important” meeting: running through agenda items, performance targets, and cross-department updates. On paper, everything looked great. The team was solid. The work was stable. My performance reviews were glowing. 

But in that moment, all I could think was:
Is this it?

I wasn’t struggling. I wasn’t failing. But I wasn’t growing either.
And that quiet sense of restlessness? It started turning into a daily companion.

So I did what many people do when something doesn’t feel quite right:
I ignored it.
I got “busy.”
I told myself I should be grateful.

But here’s what I learned the hard way:  Comfort is not the goal. Growth is.

And while comfort feels good at first, it slowly chips away at your #spark if you stay there too long. It breaks my heart when I hear people say … I have lost my spark!

But this season we’re in? It favors the disruptors. The reinventors. The doers.

📌 Want to feel alive again? Say yes before you’re ready.

Because staying “safe” might keep you comfortable now, but it could be the exact thing holding you back from your next breakthrough.
