I'm Elina Kokorotsis, CEO & Principal of In The Worx and CoFounder of the AIFitness.Academy.
My career has taken me across HR, learning and development, employee experience, HR technology, business operations, teaching, consulting, and community building. What looks like a collection of different experiences has given me something incredibly useful: the ability to translate between worlds that don't always speak the same language.
Today, I use that experience to help HR professionals, leaders, and small businesses prepare for the future of work.
Sometimes that means helping an HR team build AI capability. Sometimes it means getting HR and IT into the same conversation. Sometimes it means facilitating a room full of professionals who need to learn from one another. And sometimes it means creating a community where people have permission to experiment, ask questions, and figure things out together.
I founded In The Worx because I believe we are all continually learning, adapting, and becoming. Life is always #intheworx.
